Sydney-based Sales Manager, B2B Schools & Partnerships: lead a small team to win school partnerships for afterschool/holiday programs; coach, enablement, and drive revenue growth.

We have an established B2B team who partner with schools across the country to run our programs throughout the year, in term and also during school holidays.
Your mandate: lead a small but hungry B2B team to:
Grow new and existing schools for our afterschool and holiday camp programs
Drive the engagement and performance of the team, lifting revenue per rep and engagement levels across the team.
Responsibilities – day to day
Lead, Coach & Engage
Recruit, onboard and performance manage 3-5 reps.
Run sharp 1on1s, pipeline scrums and deal coaching, coach to close
Champion a high-performance culture- drive engagement activities and celebrate wins.
Sales Enablement Stack
Own playbooks, sequences, talk tracks and collateral; no rep should reinvent the wheel.
Partner with Marketing on content refreshes and with Ops for onboarding and delivery.
Scope out and support the implementation of a CRM and/or other enablement tools for the team.
Own the Number & the Comp Plan
Build territory plans, commission rules and activity metrics that drive the KPIs above.
Co-design comp structures (especially reactivation vs renewal splits) and keep them fair, motivating and margin aligned.
Data & Forecasting
Implement dashboards that show where we are, what’s next and what’s stuck in < 60 seconds.
Submit weekly/termly forecasts-no surprises.
Cross-Functional Execution
Represent Sales in the weekly Afterschool Leadership meeting;
Own the feedback loop with Marketing, Service Ops and Talent Acquisition to smash revenue and margin goals.
Relationship Management
Maintain an individual quota to stay current on the teams’ challenges and lead from the front.
Lead or support QBRs and hardnose negotiation conversations when margins are at risk.
You’ll need to bring
5 + years B2B or channel partner sales, incl. 2 + years in a player coach or team lead role.
Proven record of lifting revenue per rep and building or turning around teams.
Mastery of CRM tools for pipeline, reporting and forecasting.
Skilled negotiator with education/service deals and ability to protect & manage margin.
Data literate and straight talking; thrives in scaleup environments.
