We are looking for an After-School Venue Manager for a school in Adelaide, running on Monday Afternoon's in term 2!
What is an After-School Venue Manager?
As a Venue Manager, you’ll take ownership of your After-School venue and play a key part in driving its success. This role is ideal for experienced facilitators who are ready to lead, grow, and make a real impact within their venue and school community.
In this role, you’ll:
Lead and support your team - Coordinating staff, assigning roles, and creating a fun, high-performing environment.
Build strong relationships - Acting as the main point of contact for the school, parents, and HQ, and helping strengthen Code Camp’s presence at the venue and the wider school community.
Drive engagement and growth - Keeping students excited to return term after term and encouraging new families to join the Code Camp experience.

What we’re looking for
For this particular venue, we’re seeking someone who:
Is available at least three days per week, including Thursday and Friday afternoons in Term 1.
Has strong leadership capability and can confidently support and guide a team.
Demonstrates excellent relationship-building skills and can establish trust with schools, parents, and the wider community.
Has completed a minimum of two consecutive After-School terms or three camp seasons with Code Camp.
Shows strong classroom management and child behaviour management skills.
