Code Camp, a division of Cluey Learning Pty Ltd, is one of Australia’s leading EdTech brands. We inspire kids aged 5–13 to create with technology through fun, hands-on Holiday Camps and After School Programs. Our mission is to spark curiosity, build confidence, and empower the next generation of tech creators.
We have an established sales team partnering with schools across the country to run our programs throughout the year, both in-term and during school holidays.
About the role
If you’re early in your sales career and looking for a role where you can own your results, learn quickly and make a real impact, this is it.
You’ll take ownership of a territory, building new partnerships with schools and growing the number of programs we deliver across Australia. This is a true new business role where you’ll be prospecting, pitching and closing, all within your control.
What you’ll be doing
New Business Development
Prospect, engage and win new school partnerships in your territory
Reach out to schools via phone, email and events to generate opportunities
Run discovery meetings with key decision-makers
Deliver engaging pitches and proposals that convert
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
Manage your sales cycle end-to-end: outreach → discovery → proposal → close
Build and maintain a strong pipeline using our CRM
Stay on top of your activity, targets and conversion metrics
Provide regular, accurate forecasts
Territory Planning
Identify priority schools and build a clear plan to win them
Focus on high-potential opportunities to maximise impact
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Partner with Marketing on campaigns and local initiatives
Work with our operations team to ensure a smooth handover post-sale
Share insights from the market to help refine our offering
Continuously test, learn and improve your approach
What we’re looking for
Previous B2B experience in sales
Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with decision-makers
Driven, resilient and motivated by targets and commission
Coachable, with a track record of achieving goals (study, sport or work)
Organised and comfortable managing your own pipeline
Positive energy and a hands-on, self-starter mindset

About Cluey Learning
We make learning support accessible and convenient so that tutoring can be booked at a time that suits each child’s schedule. Learning sessions take place live and online via our learning platform, which means students can log in from the comfort of home and work with their expert tutor without interrupting the family schedule.
All of our content is mapped to the Australian National Curriculum and is based on the unique learning needs of each individual. In this way, Cluey programs cover the topics each student is learning in class and specifically addresses each child’s challenges. All sessions are recorded and can be re-watched for future reference, and parents can see what their child has learned.
