Cluey Learning is seeking an Engagement Officer to join our Service Operations team on a permanent full-time basis, supporting our Code Camp division.

This is a key operational role responsible for supporting the instructors who deliver our coding, STEM and creative technology programs to thousands of students across Australia. You’ll play an important part in ensuring programs are staffed effectively, instructors are supported day-to-day, and operational processes run smoothly behind the scenes.

Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you’ll engage with instructors, solve operational challenges, coordinate resources, and help deliver exceptional educational experiences for students and families.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate instructor scheduling and staffing across Code Camp programs and sessions

• Provide day-to-day operational support to instructors, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently

• Support onboarding processes to ensure new instructors are set up for success

• Maintain instructor compliance and quality assurance processes

• Act as a key point of contact for instructor communications and engagement

• Collaborate cross-functionally with program management, quality, and service operations teams to support successful program delivery

• Help maintain high service standards and ensure SLAs are met

• Excellent organisation and time management capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

• Experience in customer service, operations, coordination, or support roles

• Confidence using CRM systems and digital platforms

• High attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately

• Collaborative approach with a willingness to jump in and help where needed

• Flexibility to support occasional earlier or later shifts during peak operational periods and school holiday programs
