Account Manager
Own and grow trusted school partnerships as Account Manager at Code Camp, keep venues thriving, boost enrollments, and lead a dedicated Venue Manager team.
Code Camp is part of Cluey Learning, one of Australia's leading EdTech companies. We teach children aged 5–13 how to code, create and problem-solve through engaging Holiday Camps and After School Programs.
Our mission is simple: to get kids excited about technology and empower them to become creators, not just consumers. Every year, thousands of children across Australia attend our programs and discover a passion for technology, creativity and innovation.
Code Camp is looking for an experienced account manager to own the retention and growth of our school venue portfolio across Australia. This is a senior individual-contributor role that sits at the heart of our commercial strategy in a market that is increasingly about deepening existing partnerships rather than chasing new ones.
You will report directly to the General Manager and manage a team of casual Venue Managers.
About the role
As Account Manager you own the full lifecycle of our existing venue relationships - from the moment a new school completes onboarding through every subsequent term of delivery. Your job is to keep venues running, grow student numbers at those venues, and add new courses where there is demand. You are not a new-business hunter; you are the person who makes sure the schools we have worked hard to win keep choosing Code Camp.
What you'll be doing
· Build, retain and grow lasting partnerships with schools across your portfolio. Drive student enrolments and identify opportunities to expand Code Camp programs.
· Resolve operational issues, parent concerns and school feedback
· Lead and coach a team of Venue Managers to deliver outstanding results.
· Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to maximise venue performance.
· Use data and insights to improve retention, forecast growth and identify new opportunities.
· Collaborate with Marketing on enrolment campaigns, audience selection and school-facing communications to drive registrations each term.
· Be the trusted partner for schools, ensuring an exceptional experience from onboarding through to long-term renewal.
About you
You'll thrive in this role if you're a natural organiser who enjoys bringing order to complexity and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences.
You'll bring:
Experience in an operations, logistics, events, program coordination or service delivery role
Previous experience leading, coaching or coordinating others (formal leadership experience highly regarded)
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong planning, project management and problem-solving capability
Confidence working autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams

About Cluey Learning
We make learning support accessible and convenient so that tutoring can be booked at a time that suits each child’s schedule. Learning sessions take place live and online via our learning platform, which means students can log in from the comfort of home and work with their expert tutor without interrupting the family schedule.
All of our content is mapped to the Australian National Curriculum and is based on the unique learning needs of each individual. In this way, Cluey programs cover the topics each student is learning in class and specifically addresses each child’s challenges. All sessions are recorded and can be re-watched for future reference, and parents can see what their child has learned.
Thanks to the online nature of our approach, we’re able to source, train and quality check the best tutors from around Australia and make them available to any student, regardless of whether they live on a farm, in a big city, or in a small town between Milly Milly and Murgoo.
