The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, relationship-first Partnership Manager to grow the Code Camp footprint across a designated territory within Australia. You'll own the full sales pipeline for the K-6 Australian school market, while also building new partnerships in the Not-for-Profit and Corporate sectors. This is a role for someone who loves the hunt for new business as much as they love nurturing long-term relationships and who wants their work to genuinely change kids' lives.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage your territory's sales pipeline from prospecting through to close

• Acquire new after-school and holiday camp venues and locations

• Design and execute a territory sales plan aligned to business objectives

• Connect with Principals and key school stakeholders to open new opportunities

• Provide strategic input into marketing and lead generation activities for your patch

• Build robust, collaborative, long-term customer relationships

• Manage commercial negotiations and contracts for schools

• Turn day-to-day sales insights into strategic and operational recommendations

• Partner with your manager and internal stakeholders to keep our offering aligned with customer needs

• Keep pipeline data current and report regularly to the Sales Manager and GM

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' proven experience developing and executing business development strategies, with a focus on venue acquisition.

• Strong business acumen with proven sales capability in B2B Sales

• Solid exposure to marketing qualified lead (MQL) processes

• A track record of meeting and exceeding individual sales targets

• Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills

• Natural hunter mentality you lead by example and love closing new business

• The ability to build strong relationships across a multifaceted marketplace

• Growing school and student enrolments in Code Camp's Learning Support Services across your territory
